WASHINGTON — Former President Donald Trump on Thursday promoted watches branded with his name, his latest involvement in a series of business endeavors as he simultaneously campaigns for the White House.

“You’re going to love them. Would make a great Christmas Gift,” Trump said in a Truth Social post linking to the vendor website.

Some of the most expensive watches listed on the website go for $100,000. A cheaper type of watch referred to on the site as “Fight Fight Fight,” referring to what Trump chanted as he departed the stage in July after he was shot in the ear in an assassination attempt, ranges from $499 to $799.

A disclaimer on the website says the vendor, TheBestWatchesonEarth LLC, “uses the ‘Trump’ name, image and likeness under a paid license agreement.”

A Trump campaign spokesperson referred questions about the agreement and Trump’s involvement in the business endeavor to the Trump Organization. Neither the Trump Organization nor TheBestWatchesonEarth LLC immediately responded to requests for comment.

“Trump Watches are not designed, manufactured, distributed or sold by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization or any of their respective affiliates or principals,” the website said. It added that the watches “are not political and have nothing to do with any political campaign.”

The website’s FAQ section highlights the question, “Are these official watches by President Trump?”

“These are only official Watches offered by President Trump and includes a replica of his famous signature!” the answer reads.

Democrats have previously slammed Trump’s similar business endeavors, and Harris spokesperson Ammar Moussa criticized Trump’s move on X.

“Donald Trump is selling $100,000 watches. Not a joke. Trump is more focused on himself than anyone else,” the post said.

The watches from Trump, who is outspoken about prioritizing American-made products, include Swiss-made materials, according to the product website. “Swiss made” is written on several pictures of the watch faces displayed on the site.

The watches are the latest in a string of products Trump has promoted in recent years licensing his name, image and likeness, including a sneaker line and NFT trading cards. Trump has promoted $60 branded Bibles in partnership with country music artist Lee Greenwood, and Trump family members have also launched a crypto platform.
