Off the heels of Labor Day weekend, many travelers are already looking ahead to their next holiday – and with the festive season drawing nearer, resorts have started to reveal their special offerings.
At Amanyara, the ultra-luxurious hotel from Aman Resorts in the Turks and Caicos, this includes two new partnerships with premium spirits brands, Clase Azul tequila and The Macallan single malt whisky, for exclusive opportunities in both November and December.

“We are finding that there is more awareness and appreciation for luxury spirits amongst discerning travelers,” Tom Rutherford, general manager of Amanyara, shared with Forbes. “Increasingly guests seek to explore rare, exclusive selections and these events allow us to go beyond our menus and offer unique moments for our guests to enjoy.”
The first opportunity occurs just before Thanksgiving on November 20 and runs through November 22 in collaboration with Clase Azul, the cult tequila brand renowned for their hand-crafted, colorful decanters – most notably, the cobalt swirls against pearl white on their reposado decanter.
The three-night tasting experience showcases four of Clase Azul’s icon spirits: Tequila Reposado, Tequila Gold, Mezcal Durango and Mezcal Guerrero. In addition to specially-curated dining menus to complement each of the liquids’ unique flavor profiles, the Clase Azul takeover includes a sunset tasting pop-up as well as a sensory masterclass, specialty cocktail menu and opportunity to taste Clase Azul’s highest expressions of Añejo and Ultra tequilas, and even limited edition releases.

As for The Macallan, post-yuletide travelers can look forward to Amanyara’s partnership with the Scotch whisky brand from December 27 to 29. Similar to Clase Azul, guests will have the chance to indulge on a unique dining menu to accentuate the liquids, but also gain access to some of The Macallan’s rarest styles, including all three of the limited edition Macallan M Series.
There will also be opportunities to try The Macallan 12-year Sherry Oak, The Macallan 12-year Double Cask, The Macallan Rare Cask, The Macallan 18-year Sherry Oak, The Macallan Reflexion and The Macallan No. 6.
“At Amanyara, our guests expect the unexpected,” said Rutherford. “By aligning with brands and artisans that embrace rich histories and strong commitment to their craft, we can ensure our guests are having incomparable experiences that will build meaningful memories.”
